Return Policy

 

ONLY VALID ON ORDER PURCHASED THROUGH the http://iwraphealthcare.com.au website.

If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction within the first 30 days of receiving the product, you may return it to us for replacement, or refund.*

To complete your return, please send the product and any packaging materials with a receipt or proof of purchase. Please also send a copy of the invoice or the packing slip included from your original shipment.

You are responsible for all shipping costs of the returned item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s) without tracking.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item(s) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

*Note that “pilling” of the Velcro plush surface is not considered a defect, nor abrasions to the stitching. This may occur over time and is considered general wear and tear. We regret that we cannot accept returns once the product has been used just because you may have changed your mind. If your product arrives in a less than premium state then you should ask for a return immediately before using the product, and this should be no longer than 30 days from the date of delivery. Packaging must be included.
